Core Values

Knowing God

In prioritizing the Bible, we hope all participating will discover “the way the truth and the life” in Jesus Christ. In pointing one another to Jesus we find the greatest source of life, hope, and purpose.

Healthy Relationships

Who we surround ourselves with reveals our priorities in life. We emphasize being a welcoming and authentic community. We strive for this through our small groups and mentoring.

Mission

Keeping mission at the center with imparting a Biblical worldview, spreading the gospel, and choosing to serve locally and globally.

Equipping for Independence

We desire our Students to mature into discerning individuals who own their faith, process the culture with wisdom, and live for the Kingdom of God.

You have questions. wE have answers.
Does my child have to register even if they will not be at all of the gatherings?

Yes, we ask that each student be registered annually no matter how many gatherings they can attend.

How much does SOUL cost?

This is a PBC supported ministry that has a free registration. We do have occasional events (retreats and outings) that will have a communicated fee. Our goal is to keep costs down so as many students as possible may participate, this includes full sponsorships for a limited number of students per event.

How can I, a parent, or my child serve?

We have 5 Servant Teams to participate in (Games, Events and Outreach, Hospitality, Teaching, and Music/AV Tech). Each team can be limited to size, maturity, and need. In our registration form you can select this as an option and you will be contacted accordingly by our staff. If you are an adult, or have already registered your child and now want them to serve please contact Director Ryder Williams.

What is your COVID-19 protocol?

We will adhere to CDC recommendations. Currently we recommend masks (except during games and eating/drinking), utilizing our hand washing/hand sanitizing stations, social-distancing, and staying home if feeling unwell. We will be sanitizing our gathering spaces following our gatherings.

What is Family Meal?

Family Meal is an opportunity for parents, siblings, and guests to join our Student Ministry for a meal together. We provide chicken and families sign-up to provide sides. Typically on these nights we provide a “Parents Time” to support and guide parents with teens.

What is Wednesday Walk?

Wednesday Walk is an inductive Bible Study for High School Students who want to take their “walk” with Jesus deeper. It is typically hosted at someone’s house and dinner is provided. We gather from 6:30-8pm.
