PBC ANNOUNCEMENTS Wednesday, July 29, 2026

    NEW MEMBER WELCOME
We are thrilled that God continues to bring new people into the fellowship of Providence Bible Church. Byron & Grace Payne are the most recent to apply for membership.  They have completed all of the requirements for membership and have been interviewed by the elders.  We look forward to welcoming them as members.  This is being presented in accordance with the requirements of our constitution, which calls for such notice to be given at least three weeks prior to an official welcome into membership.

SUMMER SEMESTER OF SUNDAY SCHOOL COMING TO A CLOSE
We hope everyone has enjoyed the summer offerings of Sunday School classes.  We appreciate the dedicated leadership of each and every teacher.  We will take a pause for the month of August.  However, keep an eye out for the fall class line up and the CLG’s that will be launched in September.  These registration details will be released this weekend.

HELP US MAKE SUNDAY SOUND AMAZING–VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Sound Booth Team is looking for volunteers to help with all three positions in the sound booth!  This would be a once per month Sunday morning commitment – or as you are available.  There is also a Thursday evening practice.  Tasks would include: audio mixing, pressing the “next” button on slides, and camera operation – audio and video editing.  Training is available.  If you feel the Holy Spirit’s nudge, please respond to: soundbooth@providencebible.org

    LOST N FOUND AND FORGOTTEN
I, Darlene, apologize for forgetting to set out all of the Lost N Found last Sunday.  Let’s try again.  Please stop by the Lost N Found table in the B hallway (right beside the church lobby) this Sunday and see if anything belongs to you.  Many items from previous events have been left in the church kitchen.  We would like to help them all find their way back home.

    YOU ARE INVITED
Our next New Members Class will be offered in September. If you’re new to PBC and would like to meet our elders and ministry leaders while learning the heart behind who we are, this class is a great place to start. Together we’ll walk through our Mission Statement and Statement of Faith and explore the purpose that shapes everything we do as a church family. More information on how to get signed up will be available next Sunday, August 2.

If possible, scoot together on your row so we can keep groups of open seats available. Your kindness makes a big difference in helping guests feel at home.
